Served as a key thought leader on the transformation of the organization that included restructuring the field offices to expand relational giving. Led initiatives to leverage St. Jude’s brand equity, data, and storytelling to scale and optimize revenue growth. Had direct P&L responsibility for $1.3B in annual direct marketing revenue, including mail, DRTV, digital, gaming and monthly sustainers.
